Lead US GAAP reporting and SOX compliance as HUB’s Accounting Compliance Manager, guiding accounting professionals within the HUB Financial Center. Work hours may flex during peak times. This manager leads insurance brokerage and enterprise accounting operations through leadership, oversight, and strategic direction. The position oversees close activities, reconciliations, journal entries, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. It partners with Accounting, Finance, Treasury, IT, Internal Controls, and auditors to strengthen processes and reporting. Key Responsibilities:

Eight-plus years of progressive accounting experience Five-plus years of team leadership experience Solid US GAAP, SOX, and internal controls knowledge Advanced Excel and Generative AI expertise CPA designation and bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Apply accounting leadership, US GAAP expertise, SOX compliance, and analytical precision to support HUB’s financial operations.
