Direct complex water and wastewater services for OCWA, using strategic leadership, financial planning, and regulatory knowledge. The portfolio spans municipal and industrial contracts. This senior operations leader provides accountability for a geographically diverse business unit and reports to the Vice President of Operations. You will oversee operational performance, employee engagement, health and safety, client satisfaction, compliance, and profitability. The position also contributes to OCWA's Senior Leadership Team and client service objectives. Key Responsibilities:
