About the Opportunity Are you a creative storyteller who can bring meaningful moments to life through photography, videography and graphic design? We're seeking a Senior Officer, Multimedia to join a mission-driven healthcare foundation supporting children, youth and families through impactful fundraising and community engagement.

Reporting to the Director of Communications, you'll take a strategic, hands-on approach to multimedia storytelling, leading projects from concept to completion. You'll collaborate with a supportive communications team, healthcare professionals and families to create compelling content that inspires connection and generosity.

Your Responsibilities

You'll proactively plan and lead multimedia projects supporting fundraising campaigns, events and communications initiatives.

You'll capture, edit and produce professional photography and video content, including engaging social media reels.

You'll design compelling graphics, digital assets, infographics and reports across print and digital platforms.

You'll provide creative direction, ensuring consistent branding and high-quality storytelling.

You'll coordinate shoots with families, healthcare professionals and community partners,



approaching sensitive situations with empathy and discretion.

You'll organize and maintain multimedia archives while balancing multiple projects and deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in multimedia production, photography, videography and graphic design.

Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro. After Effects is an asset.

Strong video editing, digital design, photography and visual storytelling capabilities, supported by a skilled portfolio.

Excellent written and verbal English communication, including caption and subtitle writing. French proficiency strongly preferred.

Collaborative, adaptable and emotionally mature, with strong organizational skills and openness to feedback.

Diploma or degree in graphic design, advertising or a related field preferred.

Valid driver's license, access to a vehicle and proficiency with Mac and PC environments.
