Location : Montreal – Canada - hybrid

Need : search for a senior project manager, rigorous and with solid interpersonal skills for the Unicity project

Profile:

- Senior profile in project management / PMO / transformation, accustomed to complex, matrixed, and highly regulated environments.
- 5 to 10 years of project management experience in Data and Analytics
- Experience preferred in financial services, data, digital transformation, or large-scale cross-functional programs.

Skillset required:

- French required
- Strong ability to coordinate across multiple teams: business, IT, data, risk, compliance, security, operations, and vendors.
- Mastery of core project fundamentals: planning, risks, dependencies,



budget / capacity, governance, reporting, committees, and documentation.
- Ability to facilitate business workshops, structure requirements, formalize decisions, and translate discussions into executable deliverables.
- Very strong communication skills in French, ability to synthesize, rigor, autonomy, political acumen, and the ability to drive topics forward in a highly complex organizational context.
- Assets:

- Knowledge of Desjardins
- Experience with MDM or 360°ree; customer view
