Support & Troubleshooting:

- Respond to user queries, triage requests, and debug reported issues to support the Murex FXO system from front to back.

Requirement Gathering & Testing:

- Gather requirements, develop test plans, and support delivery for prioritized enhancements.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Consistently communicate with multiple stakeholders, including front-facing users, downstream teams, and vendor contacts, to coordinate ongoing work.

Documentation & Maintenance:

- Support ongoing maintenance of JIRA and ServiceNow spaces, ensuring BAU documentation remains up to date.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS/MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

- 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst (BA), Business Systems Analyst (BSA), or Analyst.




- 3 years of recent experience in Capital Markets, covering front-to-back-office workflow (Trading, Risk, Back Office, Regulations, Front Office).
- 3 years of experience conducting BAU support for capital market users, including:
- Working with users
- Triaging issues & coordinating resolution with multiple teams
- Requirement gathering

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

- MUREX (preferred) or Wallstreet experience is a strong asset.
- Databases: MS-SQL is a solid asset.
- Experience with FX Markets.
- Unix/Linux Bash scripting experience is an asset.
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing ETL tools.
