Position Overview

Patron Career Staffing is hiring Forklift Operators for a leading food production company in Surrey, BC. The successful candidates will be responsible for safely moving raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products while supporting smooth production and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate a forklift to move materials, ingredients, packaging supplies, and finished food products.

- Load and unload trucks and transfer materials within the facility.

- Supply production lines with required materials.

- Move and organize finished products in designated storage areas.

- Follow proper food handling, workplace safety, and sanitation procedures.

- Complete daily forklift inspections and report any issues.

- Maintain accurate material movement and inventory records when required.

- Keep work areas clean and organized.

- Follow company policies, production procedures, and safety standards.





- Assist with general warehouse and production duties as required.

Qualifications
- Previous forklift operating experience required.

- Forklift certification is an asset.

- Experience in a food production, food manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment is preferred.

- Robust understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

- Ability to stand, walk, and lift materials as required.

- Reliable attendance and punctuality.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
