Role Descriptions: Develop and customize Salesforce Communications Cloud applications and components.Configure EPC| CPQ| Digital Commerce| and Order Management functionalities.Build OmniScripts| FlexCards| DataRaptors| and Integration Procedures.Develop Apex classes| Lightning Web Components (LWC)| and integrations.Support unit testing| SIT| UAT| deployment| and production support activities.Troubleshoot and resolve platform and integration issues.Collaborate with architects| business analysts| and QA teams.
Essential Skills:



Required Skills:-4 years of Salesforce development experience.Hands-on experience with Communications Cloud (Vlocity).Solid expertise in Apex| LWC| SOQL| and Salesforce configuration.Experience with OmniStudio components.Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.Understanding of telecom CPQ and Order Management processes.Experience with Git| CI/CD pipelines| and Agile methodologies.Preferred Skills:-Salesforce Platform Developer certification.Salesforce Industries certification.MuleSoft integration exposure.Experience with TM Forum Open APIs.Knowledge of telecom OSS/BSS ecosystem.Experience with Salesforce DX and DevOps tools.
