Avana is seeking an Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of 1,000–1,500 residential units across multiple communities. You will lead Property Managers, ensure adherence to policies, and balance strategic goals with day-to-day operations. The role is in office with regular Monday–Friday hours and cross-functional collaboration across departments. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in residential property management, strong leadership and budgeting skills, and a focus on resident experience.
