As Construction Manager, Buildings, you will provide overall leadership on a major Canadian infrastructure and defense initiative. You will coordinate field teams, project leadership, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Commercial, and Project Controls. Your focus includes protected delivery against drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, milestones, budget, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

Establish accountabilities for superintendents, supervisors, and subcontractors Plan, sequence, coordinate, and execute building work Monitor progress against milestones and critical-path activities Manage field changes, deficiencies,



non-conformances, costs, and risks Ensure progressive completion, commissioning, client acceptance, and final handover Requirements:

Seven or more years of equivalent building construction experience Demonstrated structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical scope management Strong multidisciplinary trade coordination and constructability knowledge Construction experience from pre-construction through closeout Reliability clearance completed before employment begins Bring construction planning, field leadership, and subcontractor management expertise to Pomerleau’s Arctic radar infrastructure delivery.
