Define, design, implement, monitor, and continuously improve maintenance strategies, including:

Value-added preventive maintenance tasks Predictive maintenance and non-destructive testing methodologies

Analyze repetitive equipment failures and develop sustainable solutions impacting:

Production capacity Product quality Operating costs Regulatory and safety compliance
