Support a major aviation program through disciplined field oversight. PACT seeks an experienced Quality Manager for Pearson LIFT, Toronto Pearson’s infrastructure development plan. You will manage quality across airfield, terminal, structural, and building work packages. The role centers on ISO standards, Inspection and Test Plans, audits, and corrective actions. Develop and manage the Project Quality Management Plan Oversee compliance across electrical, structural, airfield,



and terminal scopes Implement Inspection and Test Plans and quality checkpoints Manage Non-Conformance Reports and corrective actions Maintain turnover and commissioning quality documentation Requirements:

Eight to ten years of construction quality management experience Degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or quality assurance ISO 9001:2015, CQE, or equivalent certification Experience with design-build or P3 project delivery RAIC clearance and criminal background check required Bring quality leadership, construction compliance, and documentation expertise to PACT’s complex Toronto Pearson infrastructure program.
