The work spans launch planning, customer engagement, market access, readiness, resource stewardship, and compliant execution. You will translate global brand strategy into Canadian choices while supporting sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Science, or related discipline Minimum eight years’ strategic pharmaceutical or biotechnology leadership experience Recent successful Canadian pharmaceutical launch experience required Cardiovascular, neurology, or hospital-market experience strongly preferred Experience leading complex cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations Bring Canadian launch leadership, customer insight, financial acumen, and neurology expertise to Bayer’s Mississauga Pharmaceuticals team.
