Graham seeks a Senior Project Controls Specialist for its Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Senior Project Controls Manager, you will define processes, support project teams, and monitor risks. The work covers budgeting, scheduling, document management, performance monitoring, and strategic guidance. Key Responsibilities:
