Patron Career Staffing is currently hiring a Seamstress / Industrial Sewing Machine Operator for a leading manufacturing company in Milton, Ontario. We are looking for skilled individuals with experience operating industrial sewing machines in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate industrial sewing machines to sew, stitch, and assemble fabric or textile products.
- Read and interpret work orders, patterns, and production specifications.
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform minor machine adjustments and report equipment issues when necessary.
- Maintain consistent production output while ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Trim excess threads and inspect seams for defects.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with workplace safety standards.
- Collaborate with production team members to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience operating industrial sewing machines is required.




- Experience in manufacturing, textile, upholstery, or garment production is considered an asset.
- Ability to work with different types of fabrics and materials.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
