About the Role
You will support several family lawyers on a diverse caseload, from intake through to resolution or trial. You will draft and manage court and settlement documents, track deadlines and keep files moving through the family court process. You will often work independently, and you will be backed by a team that works closely together.

What You Bring

- 5 years of experience as a Family Law Clerk in Ontario
- Strong working knowledge of the Family Law Rules
- Proficiency with DivorceMate for support calculations and court forms
- Proven ability to manage competing deadlines across several lawyers' files
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and close attention to detail
- Comfortable working on your own and as part of a team
