Job Title: Product Manager - Senior

Project Description

The Business Experience Platform (BXP) has successfully launched its minimum viable product (MVP), establishing the core digital foundation for a simpler and more consistent way for businesses to access government services. The next phase will expand BXP and onboard additional government services, building on the successful MVP launch, there for a Senior Product Manager sets product priorities, manages the roadmap and backlog, aligns service partners, and guides product decisions to support delivery and outcomes.

Must Haves

- Experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, outcomes, and backlogs.
- Experience leading complex digital products through discovery, delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Experience prioritizing reusable capabilities and onboarding services to shared platforms.
- Experience balancing enterprise standards with partner needs and delivery constraints.




- Ability to build alignment across diverse business and technical stakeholder

Description / Responsibilities / Skills

General Skills / Duties

- Own and maintain the product backlog, release objectives, and acceptance priorities.
- Translate strategic goals into product outcomes, epics, features, and delivery priorities.
- Use research, analytics, performance measures, and operational feedback to guide continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with ministry partners and service owners to align onboarding scope, expectations, and dependencies.
- Prepare executive updates, product decisions, options, and recommendations.
- Support benefits realization, product governance, adoption, and operational transition.

Experience & Skill Set Requirements

Data-Informed Delivery and Perks - 20%

- Experience using user research, analytics, performance measures, and perks frameworks to guide decisions.

Leadership and Stakeholder Management - 20%

- Excellent facilitation, negotiation, communication, and executive-presentation skills.
