Work Mode: Hybrid

Pay Rate Range: $ 77.00 - $ 82.00 Negotiable based upon years of experienceResponsibilities:

- Analyze tasks, provide time estimates, implement new or revised application requirements, and support end users as needed. Ownership of code extends beyond shipping.
- Monitor and control all phases of the development process, including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation. Provide user and operational support on applications to business users.
- Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes.
- Identify and suggest improvements to established workflows, continuously learn, and raise concerns when gaps are noticed.
- Serve as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts after understanding established guidelines.
- Operate with a limited level of direct supervision,



exercising independence of judgment and autonomy.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
- Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and managing control issues with transparency.

Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Java application development.
- Experience writing performant JPA for CRUD APIs in Spring.
- UI experience with Angular/AG Grid.
- Experience working with microservices and related concepts (Gateway, reverse proxy, JWT tokens).
- Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
