Lead FNZ quality assurance in a hybrid Toronto position using wealth-platform operations knowledge and hands-on implementation experience. Manage end-to-end testing across complex environments. Cognizant seeks an experienced Test Manager to oversee FNZ releases, configuration changes, migrations, and upgrades. You will lead QA analysts through functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing. The work connects business teams, vendors, offshore resources, and program stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Own test strategy, planning, estimation, and release readiness. Lead three to eight QA analysts across testing phases. Track FNZ defects, release notes, and configuration impacts. Coordinate UAT scripts, sessions, and business sign-off.



Maintain audit-ready evidence and quality reporting. Requirements:

Hands-on FNZ wealth-management platform experience Completed FNZ implementation, migration, or major upgrade experience Robust SQL skills for reconciliation and migration testing API testing experience with Postman, SoapUI, or REST Assured Experience with Playwright and CI/CD quality gates Apply your FNZ expertise, QA leadership, SQL capability, and stakeholder communication skills to Cognizant’s Toronto testing programs.
