The MarTech Operations Lead ensures the CDP ecosystem is efficiently implemented, consistently optimized, and governed. This role translates business requirements into technical requirements, supports platform administration, and reinforces privacy and data hygiene. Collaboration spans channel managers, Marketing, Data, Operations, IT, and vendors. Key Responsibilities:





Build unified customer views and cross-channel activation journeys Maintain data hygiene and alignment with governance standards Gather business requirements and translate technical requirements Support compliance and proper handling of customer data Identify efficiency, automation, and standardization opportunities Requirements:
