AtkinsRéalis is a leading nuclear engineering group in Canada, seeking a senior Human Factors qualified. The role focuses on advising and mentoring HF personnel, developing HF program plans, and ensuring delivery aligned with REGDOC‑2.5.1 and CSA/N290.12 standards. The candidate will guide HF verification/validation, function and task analyses, and HFE integration across projects within high hazard industries, including nuclear. Excellent writing and presentation skills are essential.
