Ideal Candidate Rate: CAD 90-95/Hr (Depending on the experience)

Must Have:

5+ years of product management experience

in IT or digital services

Proven experience

leading large-scale digital or IT transformation projects

of delivering user-centric products in complex environments

Hands‑on experience with Agile delivery, Scrum,

and Lean product development and working with cross‑functional teams

Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories

Skilled in building and maintaining a product roadmap aligned to business priorities

Experience delivering MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification

Solid experience with backlog management, prioritization techniques, and release planning
