This HSSE Manager strengthens systems and organizational capability during design, construction, installation, commissioning, and startup. Working with project, construction, and site leadership, you will manage regulatory compliance, operational readiness, and continuous improvement. You will also oversee performance metrics, investigations, audits, and corrective actions. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and manage risks across facility startup phases Support contractor and stakeholder alignment Monitor HSSE metrics, trends, and leadership recommendations Conduct incident investigations, audits,



and inspections Foster accountability and continuous improvement across partners Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental sciences, or related field Eight years of progressive HSSE experience minimum Solid occupational safety and environmental compliance knowledge Experience supporting large capital projects or facility startup English fluency required; French knowledge is an asset Bring industrial HSSE leadership, compliance knowledge, and risk expertise to Hitachi Energy’s manufacturing facility startup.
