Lead complex M&A; transactions and financial valuations as Sun Life’s Assistant Vice President, Corporate Development, based in Toronto with hybrid work. This senior, hands-on leader develops growth strategies across Sun Life’s international businesses. You will assess strategic fit, structure opportunities, and advise executives while leading transaction teams. The role spans acquisitions, sales, equity investments, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
