Job Description:

The role we are offering you:
As a Data Analyst- Power BI at CAE, you will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence, improve customer experience, and support governance frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data models, dashboards and reports using Power BI

· Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (Salesforce, Jira, Planisware, internal dashboards).
· Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
· Create interactive visualizations and executive-level scorecards.
· Ensure dashboards provide accurate, reliable, and user-friendly insights
· Partner with business leaders to understand reporting needs.
· Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
· Provide training and support to dashboard users.
· Perform root cause analysis on implementation issues and develop dashboards to monitor KPIs.

Our ideal candidate has:
· Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.




· Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and analytics platforms.
· Experience with KPI frameworks and governance models.
· Familiarity with issue tracking systems (Jira, Salesforce) and multilingual environments.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· 2–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
· Ability to collaborate across organizational levels and support leadership teams.
· A results-driven mindset with solid focus on achieving project objectives.
· Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability.
· Autonomy in task execution and decision-making within established frameworks.
· Flexibility and agility in managing priorities and adapting to evolving needs.
· Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
