Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are currently seeking experienced and reliable Raymond Reach & Counterbalance Forklift Operators for a full time night shift position in Etobicoke. The successful candidates will be responsible for safely operating both types of forklifts while supporting warehouse, shipping, receiving, and material-handling operations. Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts.
- Load and unload trailers and inbound/outbound shipments.
- Move, stage, stack, and put away pallets and materials.
- Perform replenishment and inventory movements.
- Pick and prepare orders as required.
- Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory and warehouse movements.
- Conduct daily forklift inspections and report any equipment issues.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.





Requirements
- Valid forklift certification for both Raymond Reach and Counterbalance.
- Minimum 6 months–1 year of hands-on experience operating both machines.
- Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience is an asset.
- Experience with RF scanners/WMS is an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be comfortable working overnight/night shifts.
- Safety shoes and other required PPE must be worn.
