About the Company

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Accounting Clerk with strong experience using Soluno for one of our clients in North Vancouver. This is a temporary position covering for an employee who is on sick leave. The role requires five days per week in the office, with working hours of either 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for routine banking transactions, generating cheque requisitions for lawyers, issuing trust cheques, processing payouts and trust transfers, and handling client payments. You will also post disbursements, including agents’ invoices, BC Online, LTSA, and courier expenses, and communicate with clients regarding overdue accounts. Additional responsibilities include scanning accounting-related documents, performing VISA reconciliations,



assisting with monthly billing by generating pre-bills, editing and issuing final bills, and completing other general administrative duties as required.

The Offer

This role offers an hourly rate of $28–$30, depending on experience.

What You Bring

To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of six months of experience working in a law firm, along with hands-on experience using Soluno. You should also possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
