Fuze HR Solutions is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Automotive / Diesel Service Technician to join an established, high-productivity dealership team in Parry Sound, ON.

Additionally, this dealership is expanding! Construction is underway for a brand-new, state-of-the-art 15-bay pre-fab facility in Parry Sound, featuring contemporary equipment and expanded capacity.

Key Responsibilities




- Perform full-system diagnostics, scheduled maintenance, and bumper-to-bumper mechanical repair on light/medium-duty passenger vehicles and commercial fleet trucks.
- Complete work orders, estimate labor/parts accurately, and submit clear digital service reports.
- Diagnose and repair medium-duty commercial diesel systems and air conditioning units.
- Conduct occasional outdoor road tests and fleet safety checks.
- Maintain high shop standards, productivity, and fix-it-right-the-first-time efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensure: 310S Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification or 310T Truck & Coach Technician License.
- AC Certification: Active ODP / Air Conditioning License (or willingness to obtain immediately upon hire).
- 5+ years of automotive or commercial repair experience preferred
- Prior experience with Ford vehicle diagnostic systems is required
- Demonstrated long-term tenure and strong workplace stability.
