EXP: 5 YRS
PRIMARY SKILLS: AI for SDLC / Core FDE, Trainer/ teacher of AI concepts to users.

Design and deliver practical, accessible training that helps colleagues understand and safely apply AI concepts in day-to-day work, including demonstrations, exercises, job aids, office hours and assessments tailored to technical and non-technical learners. Requires 5+ years in instructional design, facilitation or adult education; prior AI experience is not mandatory, but the candidate must rapidly develop hands-on proficiency with Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot for developers, Claude Code, Copilot Studio, prompt design, SharePoint/Teams, PowerPoint and Excel/Power BI, and teach TD-aligned responsible use, privacy, security and human-review practices while using survey and adoption data to refine the learning experience.
