We are currently hiring an experienced Spray Painter with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in industrial or manufacturing spray painting. The ideal candidate should be skilled in surface preparation, spray painting techniques, and achieving high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, masking, and applying primer.
- Operate spray painting equipment, including HVLP and conventional spray guns.
- Apply paint, stains, primers, and protective coatings evenly.
- Mix paints and coatings according to specifications.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency.
- Perform touch-ups and correct painting defects.
- Clean and maintain spray guns and painting equipment.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of spray painting experience (mandatory).




- Experience using industrial spray guns and painting equipment.
- Solid knowledge of surface preparation, paint mixing, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to produce smooth, consistent, high-quality finishes.
- Experience with wood, metal, or fiberglass surfaces is an asset.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
