About the Role

Patron Career Staffing is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Bilingual Business Developer to join our Quebec team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building relationships with employers, and promoting our staffing and recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout Quebec.

- Conduct outbound calls, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and other B2B sales activities.

- Communicate professionally with prospective clients in French and English.

- Identify staffing requirements and hiring needs of potential clients.

- Contact HR Managers, Operations Managers, Plant Managers, Warehouse Managers, Business Owners, and other decision-makers.

- Present Patron Career Staffing's temporary, temp-to-permanent, permanent, and direct-hire staffing solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Schedule meetings and conduct consistent follow-ups with prospects.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions.

- Work closely with the recruitment team to communicate client requirements.

- Assist with client onboarding and account development.





- Research market trends and identify potential industries and companies requiring staffing support.

- Achieve business development and client acquisition targets.

Qualifications
- Fluent in both French and English, spoken and written.

- Previous experience in business development, sales, recruitment, staffing, customer service, or account management is an asset.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable making cold calls and initiating conversations with business decision-makers.

- Excellent professional writing and presentation skills.

- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, CRM systems, and other business development tools.

- Staffing or recruitment industry experience is an asset.
