Job Summary

We are currently hiring reliable and experienced Forklift Operators for our client's busy warehouse and logistics facility in Mississauga, Ontario. The successful candidates will be responsible for safely moving, loading, unloading, and organizing products and materials while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and organize materials.

- Load and unload trailers, containers, and delivery vehicles.

- Move products to and from designated storage and staging areas.

- Pick and stage orders for shipment.

- Build, wrap, stack, and organize pallets.

- Supply materials to appropriate warehouse areas as required.

- Perform daily forklift inspections and report any equipment or safety concerns.

- Ensure products are handled and stored safely to prevent damage.

- Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse activities.

- Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records when required.

- Keep the warehouse and work area clean and organized.

- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.

- Perform other warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned.





Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification is required.

- Previous forklift experience in a warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environment.

- Experience operating a counterbalance forklift is an asset.

- Ability to safely operate a forklift in a busy warehouse environment.

- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

- Strong safety awareness.

- Reliable attendance and punctuality.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to work day, afternoon, or night shifts.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

- Ability to frequently enter and exit a forklift.

- Ability to lift and move materials as required.

- Ability to perform repetitive material-handling tasks.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

- Ability to wear required PPE throughout the shift.
