Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced Clamp Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Halton Hills. The successful candidate will safely operate a clamp forklift to move, load, unload, stack, and stage products while supporting efficient warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities

- Operate a Clamp Forklift safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trailers and move products throughout the warehouse.
- Safely handle, stack, and stage pallets and materials.
- Pick, put away, and replenish products as required.
- Ensure products are handled carefully to prevent damage.
- Verify quantities and product condition during material handling.
- Follow warehouse procedures for shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
- Complete daily forklift safety inspections.
- Report equipment issues, product damage, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.




- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of Clamp Forklift experience.
- Valid forklift certification is required.
- Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience is an asset.
- Robust understanding of safe forklift operation and warehouse procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work physically throughout the shift.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be comfortable working night/overnight shifts.
- CSA-approved safety shoes required.
