Lead Method’s AI-native product organization in Toronto, using product strategy and customer data to shape software for small businesses. As Director of Product, you will own Method CRM’s product direction, from long-term vision through upcoming releases. You will lead a lean product team, guide Product Managers, and connect validated customer problems with business outcomes. The role requires senior product leadership experience, B2B SaaS knowledge, and solid analytical judgment. Key Responsibilities:
