Manage commercial property operations for CT REIT through strategic analysis, compliance oversight, and robust tenant relationships across Canada. As Regional Manager, Property Management, you will prepare property analyses using financial indicators, market analysis, and long-term project plans. You will oversee legislation and standards, temporary license agreements, rent rolls, billing inquiries, and revenue opportunities. Travel to portfolio properties is required. Key Responsibilities:
