The City of Toronto’s Human Rights Office is seeking an experienced human rights professional to join our team as Senior Consultant, Human Rights (EDHR).

In this role, your work will extend beyond individual complaints. You’ll lead complex harassment and discrimination investigations, navigate sensitive human rights matters, facilitate resolution, and identify systemic issues that demand meaningful action. You’ll also help shape the policies, programs, and education that strengthen accountability and embed human rights into the way the City works.

What you bring:

- Extensive experience in human rights and complex investigations.
- Expertise in relevant legislation, case law, and complaint resolution.
