This permanent Advisor position develops Human Resources initiatives aligned with La Vie en Rose’s corporate vision. You will strengthen employer branding, communications, employee experience, and talent development. The work supports employee engagement, organizational culture, and awareness of Human Resources programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the employer brand strategy
- Create campaigns and content for recruitment platforms and social media
- Develop internal communications for Human Resources initiatives and benefits
- Analyze campaign and social media performance
- Coordinate onboarding,



learning, and talent development communications

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or equivalent
- Three to four years’ communications, recruitment, or talent development experience
- Comfort with HRIS platforms; Dayforce knowledge is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- French and English communication abilities required
