Work with XTM Group’s technology business as a Legal Paralegal supporting commercial contracts, GDPR, and intellectual property. This role follows a hybrid office model.

Reporting to UK-based legal leaders, you will help protect XTM Group’s interests across customer, supplier, and partner agreements. You will support privacy compliance, security questionnaires, intellectual property matters, and contract interpretation. The position works with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Service Support, HR, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review customer, supplier, reseller, and referral agreements
- Assist with GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, and Canadian privacy matters
- Support security, privacy, and compliance questionnaire responses




- Review intellectual property provisions in commercial agreements
- Coordinate with external legal counsel when required

Requirements:

- Solid experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
- Experience as a Paralegal, Legal Executive, or similar
- Understanding of general legal principles and privacy regulations
- Technology or SaaS experience is advantageous, not essential
- Ability to work independently and escalate complex matters
