Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support

Requirements:

- Education or equivalent experience in information technology
- Relevant Level 1 and Level 2 support experience
- Robust Microsoft 365 knowledge
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and access management
- Professional communication in French and English
