Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, this contract consultant attracts and screens qualified, diverse talent. You will learn complex requirements, support hiring managers, and protect candidate experience during a temporary four-to-five-month leave coverage assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria with managers
- Post jobs and manage recruitment advertisements
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout
- Screen candidates and recommend qualified applicants to hiring teams
- Maintain Lever recruiting data for accurate reporting

Requirements:

- Experience supporting specialized recruiting requirements
- Ability to collaborate with department managers and stakeholders
- Understanding of candidate and hiring manager experience
- Knowledge of employment laws and company policies
- Availability for four-to-five-month contract coverage
