Direct heavy manufacturing production for Weir in Port Hope, Ontario, with hands-on leadership, resource planning, and shift-based safety accountability. Work onsite across rotating shifts while coordinating people, equipment, and production priorities. This Manufacturing Supervisor role leads day-to-day operations in a heavy industrial setting and supports production targets across multiple shifts. You will delegate work, monitor labor and resources, and report safety, production, and equipment status. The role also develops Team Leaders and production employees through coaching and continuous learning.
