This Tech Operations Engineer maintains critical enterprise applications and tools for NTT DATA North America. The position requires application administration, troubleshooting, patching, version management, and deployment support. You will monitor application health, resolve incidents, and maintain operational documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support JIRA, GitHub, Workfront, Kronos, MetricStream, and Azure DevOps
- Perform patching, upgrades, and supported application maintenance
- Support Run application deployments and change management processes
- Monitor application health and address performance or availability issues




- Provide incident communication and participate in on-call rotations

Requirements:

- Three or more years in Tech Operations or Application Support
- Hands-on JIRA, GitHub, and Azure DevOps experience
- Understanding of patching, version management, and deployment processes
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure and CI/CD pipelines
- Willingness to provide off-hours and weekend support
