As Learning and Development Partner, you will design practical experiences that build capability, strengthen leadership, and support transformation. You will partner with Talent Management and Organizational Development, Retail Optimization and Organizational Development, HRBPs, Change teams, and business leaders. Your work will translate talent, engagement, and capability insights into learning strategies people can apply. The role serves Head Office, the Distribution Centre, and store operations while managing learning through 360Learning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design scalable learning solutions for priority business and talent needs
- Facilitate learning that strengthens practical behaviors and lasting adoption




- Build leadership capability around accountability, ownership, and people leadership
- Translate organizational insights into relevant learning strategies
- Manage 360Learning and measure learning access, engagement, and effectiveness

Requirements:

- Five to seven years in Learning and Development or related fields
- Experience designing and facilitating programs for leaders and frontline teams
- Strong adult-learning and instructional-design knowledge
- Collaborative consulting mindset with relationship-building and influencing ability
- French and English fluency with robust facilitation skills
