The Production Team Lead – Cooler organizes incoming flowers, coordinates transfers, prepares customer orders, and supports daily team performance. This position requires leadership, inventory systems familiarity, communication, and strong organizational skills. You will help maintain safe, efficient cooler operations while responding to delivery schedules and production demands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and properly store floral products in the cooler
- Unload Miami trucks and verify incoming shipments
- Prepare accurate customer orders for production




- Train cooler team members on daily procedures
- Maintain safety, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency

Requirements:

- Minimum two years in warehouse, logistics, or floral operations
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Robust organizational, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to work from 0°C to 10°C
- Ability to lift forty pounds and perform repetitive tasks
