This permanent Buyer position supports private-sector manufacturing through equipment, materials, and business-services purchasing. You will assess establishment requirements, develop purchasing specifications, and manage supplier discussions. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and five or more years of experience. English is the work language, with 40 hours scheduled weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services
- Assess requirements and develop detailed purchasing specifications
- Negotiate supplier offers and consult with suppliers




- Determine contract terms and award appropriate contracts

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree and five or more years of experience
