Lead high-volume recruitment for Canada Life across Canada, using proactive sourcing and trusted partnerships with hiring leaders. This temporary full-time position supports multiple locations.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will manage full-cycle recruitment across varied roles and business areas. You will develop sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates, and guide hiring leaders through interviews and selection. The work supports exceptional candidate and hiring leader experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a high-volume, full-cycle recruitment portfolio
- Partner with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and social networks
- Build talent pipelines through market research and relationships




- Conduct interviews and advise on selection decisions

Requirements:

- Four or more years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
- High-volume recruiting experience across wide-ranging roles and levels
- Strong proactive sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills
- Applicant Tracking System experience; SuccessFactors familiarity is an asset
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
