This senior procurement analyst supports the IT Vendor Management Office through complex commercial initiatives. The work spans vendor agreements, spend transformation, MSP programs, and executive recommendations. Success requires independent judgment, contract fluency, and experience with large professional services suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Negotiate MSAs, SOWs, renewals, amendments, pricing schedules, and rate cards
- Analyze contracts for financial, operational, commercial, and contractual risks
- Develop spend optimization recommendations and executive-ready analyses
- Monitor vendor SLAs, investigate failures, and recommend corrective actions




- Partner with stakeholders on governance, sourcing, and contract execution

Requirements:

- Eight or more years in procurement, sourcing, vendor, or contract management
- Experience negotiating large enterprise professional services agreements
- Advanced financial analysis, modeling, spend analytics, and rate benchmarking
- Experience managing vendor portfolios exceeding $500M
