Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist to train and evaluate AI systems for healthcare. You will apply real-world nursing knowledge to ensure AI understands clinical workflows and EHR documentation, improving how health information is represented.

This is a remote, hourly contract role with flexible schedule. You will review AI outputs, provide structured feedback, and annotate data to guide model improvements.
