Workleap seeks a GTM Architect focused on Expansion and Retention within its Montreal-based technology company. You will connect product usage, support interactions, and renewal dates to protect renewals and create cross-sell pipeline. The work combines agentic workflow design, CRM collaboration, and revenue reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build agents monitoring renewal health and flagging at-risk accounts
- Design agentic cross-sell motions for ShareGate customers
- Define signals and validate data with SQL
- Replace manual workflows with reusable pipeline modules
- Document builds through SOPs, demos, and playbooks





Requirements:

- RevOps, GTM engineering, marketing operations, or customer success operations background
- Low-code orchestration experience with Python or TypeScript knowledge
- Experience shipping AI agents or LLM workflows to users
- Working SQL and CRM fluency, with HubSpot experience preferred
- Understanding of subscription metrics and signal-based go-to-market motions
