Lead human-centered design for public sector digital services as a Senior Service Designer, working fully remotely from anywhere across Canada.

This initial 12-month contract focuses on enterprise digital services, modernization projects, and public-facing web platforms. You will shape service models, improve digital access, and collaborate with Edmonton’s digital transformation team. Microsoft Dynamics 365 and accessible design are central areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead human-centered design across digital platforms and public portals
- Plan research, interviews, workshops, and usability testing
- Create journey maps and service blueprints for improvements
- Translate requirements into wireframes, flows, and prototypes




- Apply WCAG 2.2 AA through design reviews

Requirements:

- Senior UX or Service Designer experience leading end-to-end initiatives
- Proficiency with prototyping, wireframing, and journey mapping
- Experience building enterprise design systems and component libraries
- Solid user research and usability evaluation background
- Agile experience and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365
