As Affiliate and Influencer Program Manager, you will build one cross-channel program for a growing e-commerce brand. Set channel economics, commissions, incentives, and tracking deliberately. Coach creators, oversee sourcing, and measure profitability, sales growth, and creator results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build affiliate programs across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify
- Set tiers, commissions, incentives, economics, and tracking
- Coach creators, run calls, and provide clear feedback
- Recruit, grow, and retain top-performing affiliates
- Run systems using CRM, processes, and AI workflows

Requirements:

- Three-plus years in affiliate or influencer marketing
- Scaled an affiliate or creator program for an e-commerce brand
- Hands-on experience with at least two named platforms
- Solid understanding of commissions, creator costs, and margin
- Experience coaching creators and leading sourcing teams
